Mabel Li, M.OMSc

I'm an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. I believe that true healing happens when we treat the body as a whole — and that’s exactly how I approach my care.

Growing up with diagnoses of asthma and fibromyalgia, I developed a deep understanding of how health challenges can affect daily life. My own experience with osteopathy brought me relief and healing, and it inspired me to pursue a career in manual therapy so I could help others experience the same benefits.

I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where I built a strong foundation in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human performance. I later completed a four-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, where I focused on classical osteopathic principles, manual therapy, and the body’s natural ability to heal itself. I’m known for my calm, compassionate, and gentle presence. I give my full attention to each patient and work closely with them to create personalized treatments that go beyond symptoms—aiming to restore balance, function, and long-term well-being.

Whether you're healing from an injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or simply wanting to feel more connected and at ease in your own body, I’m here to support you with heart, skill, and intention.

When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find me out in nature whether it is hiking, walking, or soaking up some fresh air and sunshine. It's my favourite way to recharge and stay connected to what matters most: movement, mindfulness, and a healthy, balanced life.
