I'm an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. I believe that true healing happens when we treat the body as a whole, and that’s exactly how I approach my care.
Growing up with health concerns, including asthma that later fully resolved through osteopathic care, I developed a deep understanding of how physical discomfort can impact daily life. Experiencing the benefits of osteopathy firsthand inspired me to pursue a career in manual therapy, with the goal of helping others find the same sense of relief, balance, and healing.
I earned my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, where I built a strong foundation in biomechanics, rehabilitation, and human performance. I later completed a four-year, 4,200-hour program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (CAO), a Type 1 osteopathy program and the highest international standard recognized by the World Health Organization, where I focused on classical osteopathic principles, manual therapy, and supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
I’m known for my calm, compassionate, and gentle presence. I give my full attention to each patient and work closely with them to create personalized treatments that go beyond symptoms, aiming to restore balance, function, and long-term well-being.
Whether you're healing from an injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or simply wanting to feel more connected and at ease in your body, I’m here to support you with heart, skill, and intention.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll most likely find me spending time in nature, staying active, and slowing down with the people and activities that help me feel grounded and connected. It’s how I recharge and stay connected to what matters most: movement, mindfulness, and living a balanced, healthy life.
