By booking an appointment, receiving treatment, or using the services provided by Apeiron Osteopathy, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before your appointment.
1. Nature of Services
Apeiron Osteopathy provides manual osteopathic assessment and treatment services intended to support overall health, mobility, and function.
Osteopathic treatment is a hands-on approach that assesses and addresses restrictions throughout the body. While treatment may help support recovery and well-being, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.
Services provided by Apeiron Osteopathy are not intended to replace medical care. Patients should consult their physician or other qualified healthcare providers regarding medical concerns, diagnoses, or emergencies.
2. Client Responsibilities
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that:
You are participating voluntarily in osteopathic care.
You will provide accurate and complete health information to the best of your knowledge.
You will inform your practitioner of any changes in your health status, medications, injuries, pregnancy, or medical conditions.
You will communicate any discomfort, concerns, or adverse reactions during treatment.
You understand that osteopathic treatment is not a substitute for emergency medical care.
3. Informed Consent

4. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may be subject to the full appointment fee.
A valid credit card may be required to secure appointments and process applicable cancellation fees.
Apeiron Osteopathy reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Reasonable notice will be provided whenever possible.
5. Payment & Direct Billing
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

Where available, direct billing may be submitted to participating insurance providers as a courtesy. Patients remain responsible for any portion of fees not covered by their insurance plan.

At Apeiron Osteopathy, appointment times are reserved specifically for each patient. We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we appreciate as much notice as possible when changes are needed.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled without charge when at least 24 hours' notice is provided.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a patient fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notice.
Missed appointments may be charged the full appointment fee.
Late Arrivals
Patients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
The full appointment fee may still apply regardless of the shortened treatment time.
If a patient arrives too late for treatment to be reasonably completed, the appointment may be considered a missed appointment and subject to the no-show fee.
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card may be required to reserve appointments.
Cancellation fees and no-show fees may be charged to the card on file in accordance with this policy.
Exceptions
Cancellation and no-show fees may be waived at the discretion of Apeiron Osteopathy in cases of:
Medical emergencies
Severe weather conditions
Family emergencies
Other exceptional circumstances
Insurance Coverage
Cancellation fees and no-show fees are not considered healthcare services and cannot be submitted for reimbursement through extended health benefits or direct billing.
Patients remain personally responsible for these fees.
